This peer-networking roundtable will enable learning leaders to gather and interactively discuss the creation of collaborative learning opportunities for corporate managers.

This session will be kicked off by Leif Landon, sharing an overview of Management Essentials, twelve new half-day manager classes he developed at Baxter.

We plan to schedule follow-up virtual meetings and facilitate small group discussions to explore other collaborative learning approaches to extend traditional classroom experiences to on-the-job learning experiences.
