Co-design a “cloud of low-cost integrated apps”

Many smaller companies do not have the ability to invest in a large scale LMS or integrated Talent Management software. At the same time, some larger companies are not seeing the ROI from vast libraries of self-paced courses. This session addresses the question, How can we leverage cloud-based solutions in a way that appears seamless to our employees while enabling the organization to be more nimble and avoid being locked into expensive, long term programs.
