A number of studies conducted by i4cp show that talent mobility directly supports both short-term business needs and longer-term workforce readiness by enabling employees’ development and careers.  Unfortunately, talent mobility is nonexistent or underutilized in many organizations. Data collected by i4cp make it clear: too many organizations have managers and leaders who hoard talent rather than encourage movement, and too few organizations are leveraging the latest technology to create an internal marketplace.
