Insights & Strategies for Mentoring and Informal Learning

This past year DePaul University’s Center to Enhance Education for Adults (CAEA) conducted a series of reflective conversations and experiential learning activities to better understand the nature, context, and best practices for mentoring and informal learning in business, non-profit organizations and higher education. In this session, panelists share the insights that emerged from this inquiry, as well as strategies to enhance mentoring and informal learning in your organization.
