I was wondering if other companies have had any staffing changes as a result of COVID. We had, the week before, conducted a round of layoffs, we shifted some workers to a furloughed status, and shifted some worked to part-time status. We’re not a large organization, with 2200 employees across the nation.
So I have been pondering:
- How do we support the remaining employees dealing with “survivor guilt”?
- How do leaders lead remaining employees to instill engagement, productivity, and emotional wellbeing?
