I am putting together an L&D dashboard for the organization. To go along-side ones we have for succession and performance management.
The first audience for the dashboard is assumed to be HR business partners and other senior stakeholders in the HR organization. I am trying to keep this simple (hoping less is more!) and iterate/improve as we go.
I have plenty of thoughts of what could valuable and some input from the audience on what might be valuable, but I thought I would ask our ELE community – “When it comes to L&D dashboards / KPI’s, what kinds of L&D information are you providing that others find valuable?”
