Monday’s retooling talent session reminded me of a process we used to do at Ernst & Young. We would bring a client into the EY “innovation center” for problem solving or innovation. The goal was to spark what we called “Group Genius” through facilitated meetings with key constituents. Monday ELE members talked about how they’re dealing with remote workforce, remote L&D, remote coaching, remote everything. 
Props to ELE for connecting us to share best practices. Does your firm conduct cross functional team meetings aimed at innovation or problem solving? Do they work? 
PS – I started watching a new show on Netflix called Diagnosis which is about crowd sourcing medical diagnosis. Do Doctors have networks like ELE to review cases and spark group genius? If not, they should!
