With the evolving workplace environment, my company is in the midst of moving away from assigned seating to a hoteling model. Employees will have access gradually (i.e. site by site) to an app that enables them to book a workstation, cafeteria seat, etc. before arriving to the office.
Beyond the tool itself (which has already been selected), I am curious to understand the experience and change management approach of companies that have made or are making this transition. (Even better if it is in response to the COVID-19 scenario!)
