My company has established suggestion programs for our employees in the local manufacturing and distribution environments – and now we want to extend this mindset to our professional population to co-create the future workplace.
The intent is to develop a sustainable suggestion program that fosters credibility through actively listening and involving our employees.
As a global organization our employees are dispersed across many locations – even more so with the hybrid model. Traditionally the company has been fairly top-down, so change management will be as important as determining the proper infrastructure (i.e. enabling technology, dedicated roles, etc).
It would be advantageous to understand how other companies have faced a similar opportunity, even some lessons learned along the way!
