I’d love to hear how organizations are creating development opportunities for frontline employees.

I’m working with hourly manufacturing shop floor associates. We face the typical list of challenges: lack of time away from the production environment to attend live training, lack of computers to access digital resources, etc.

I’m open to any and all ideas, from technical skills training resources to soft skills classes to mentoring/coaching programs.
