For learning "to stick," remote engagement is key.   How does your business leverage collaborative tools – for free and for a fee? In this interactive session, we’ll practice group activities as a talent development community. Yes, let us not talk about new tech tools–let’s practice using them.   To help us practice, the first 30-minutes we'll use Conceptboard and Zoom Breakouts with Kyle Swanson for a fun interactive activity. The 2nd 30-minutes, Chris Olson will lead a Reverse Brainstorming excercise with Miro for improving virtual instructor-led L&D programs and collaboration.
