This highly interactive cohort is an invite-only collaborative in which each participant should plan to login using their webcam and computer microphone/speakers. Session Focus: How to Develop a Strategy to Create a Virtual Community of Curators Case Studies: Navistar's build & curate learning teams using Agile processes & ELE's Platform (Importance of Customer Journey Mapping & Network Effects) In this session, we will:
  • Walkthrough of the emerging ELE website (which is evolving into a Learning Experience Platform) as a model of how to curate and share knowledge in a virtual community.
  • Roundtable discussion on how ELE works through the “emergent” process through active experimentation.
  • Navistar's case study on efforts to build and curate learning teams around an Agile process with their Performance Innovation Team.
