The focus for this session came up during our last Culture Shaping Learning Circle where we explored:

What is the difference between our culture and our core values?
It’s important to keep our core values intact and be open to having our culture evolve as the workplace requirements change. Exploring “what should not change” (core values) vs. “what things can change” (such as our culture) as the business increases agility and remote working.
