This highly interactive cohort is an invite-only collaborative in which each participant should plan to login using their webcam and computer microphone/speakers. Session Focus: Helping Managers Learn in the Flow of Work Ideation: How to Incorporate MS-Teams and Other Curated Resources/Best Practices The focus for this session came up during our last Culture Shaping Learning Circle where we explored:
What is the difference between our culture and our core values? It's important to keep our core values intact and be open to having our culture evolve as the workplace requirements change. Exploring "what should not change" (core values) vs. "what things can change" (such as our culture) as the business increases agility and remote working.
For this curation experiment, we can explore specific aspects of a cohort co-created a one-page tip sheet that might include: 18 Tips for Using Microsoft TeamsJosh Bersin's Corporate Learning using MS-Teams,  LinkedIn Learning--Microsoft Teams Tips & Tricks, and with the crisis, LinkedIn Learning free content for your managers that are feeling overwhelmed:
