Session Focus: Is your team experiencing Collaborative Overload? (Case study: Shure) Case study: Shure & i4cp Research Due to interest in L&D during this pandemic and an overwhelming amount of participants, we are holding a third free Virtual Cohort to discuss COVID-19 and how companies are reacting with new questions and open the floor to new discussion.   Is there Collaborative Overload?
  1. How much are remote workers suffering from collaborative overload? What is the main cause… video meetings, collaboration tools, email, etc.?
  2. What positives (e.g., no commute is huge for many, but some mentioned increased time for learning) are people getting from the past several weeks of remote work/pandemic conditions?
