This session focuses on how Rexnord is beginning to use “5 questions” to drive regular conversations between managers and their direct reports. The “5 questions” can be used in formal (one on one) and informal settings and are framed to align with Rexnord’s core values.

Leader:

  1. How relevant are the Performance Management goals?
  2. What is working well?
  3. What do I want to see more of?
  4. What could be done differently?
  5. How can I help associate be even more successful?

Associate:

  1. How relevant are the Performance Management goals?
  2. What am I doing well?
  3. What would my manager want to see more of?
  4. What could I be doing differently?
  5. How can my manager help me be even more successful?
