Kery Mortenson is a highly skilled, creative learning leader with +25 years in global health care organizations. He believes people can be the organizations greatest competitive advantage.

He is passionate about setting people up for success with predictable learning curriculums and performance solutions. His field of expertise centers on innovative performance consulting, blending instructional and non-instructional solutions and implementing simple and predictive evaluation strategies. Kery has expertise in adult learning principles that results in opportunities to present highly interactive sessions at domestic and international learning and performance improvement conferences.

A native of North Dakota, Kery has a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and a Masterís degree in Clinical Microbiology. He is an adjunct professor of organizational leadership at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Il. He is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT).

His personal interests involve sponsoring orphans and helping widows in Kenya.
