In his current role, Don is in charge of the capability development needs, including learning and knowledge management, of the company’s more than 150,000 employees located in more than 49 countries. After graduating from Bradley University in 1981 with a BS in mathematics and secondary education, with a business minor, he joined Accenture and spent 15 years working with external clients, before moving into a series of director-level roles in the company’s learning organization. In 2001, he became head of Accenture’s Capability Development organization and subsequently named Chief Learning Officer.
