Henry Fetta is Director Finance Training for Kraft Foods and is responsible for leading global Finance training initiatives and programs. This includes developing a global approach for training that supports critical functional technical knowledge and skills. Additionally, Henry identifies training needs and leads or organizes the development of technical training courses that address global requirements. Henry began his career with Kraft in 1980 and he has held a variety of functional and division roles including Plant Controller at two locations, Regional Controller in the Food Service business, Director of Finance for Human Resources and Facilities Management and most recently Director of Controls for the Global Supply Chain organization. Henry has lead numerous onboarding, training, recruiting and mentoring programs for the function throughout his career. Henry holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Cheryl Freeman-Smith was appointed Director of Workforce Development in October 2008. She manages the operations for the Chicago Urban League's employment preparation, customized training, and career placement programs.
Cheryl has over ten years of workforce development experience. She started her career as an engineer with Abbott Laboratories. Cheryl's entry into workforce development came while serving as an executive recruiter for Wells & Associates. Most recently Cheryl was a workforce coordinator for Holsten Real Estate Development Corporation, assisting Chicago Housing Authority residents in finding sustainable training and employment opportunities.
Prior to joining the Urban League, Cheryl served as a center manager piloting business service teams for the Chicago Workforce Board. She led the Career Services division for CHARO Community Development Corporation in Los Angeles, CA. Cheryl also served as a job developer with the United Auto Workers Union.

He has more than 30 years of domestic and international consulting and management development experience focused on achieving effective organizational transformation through talent management and development. He is a leading expert in the definition of the core capabilities of a business and the definition, assessment and development of requisite competencies and skills. He has served as a consultant to a number of leading private and public sector organizations including CalPERS, County of Los Angeles, Discover, Gillette, Hershey, Illinois State Police, Kraft, McDonald’s, Sears, UBS and United Technologies. Prior to joining Buck Consultants, he was a Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Partner and member of the Board of Directors at Harbridge House. Earlier, he was a Program Director at the Human Resources Center of The University of Chicago.
