Matt has 15 years of experience leading teams in the development of instructional systems including instructor-led training, computer/web-based courses, and experiential learning events.
As the Vice-President of Option Six, Matt works primarily with the Pharmaceutical and Financial Industries in the delivery of performance-driven e-learning solutions. While with Option Six, his teams have delivered over 200 e-learning courses for multiple Fortune 250 companies. His teams have been recognized for their work including a Brandon Hall e-Learning Gold recipient.

Donna has been with Navistar for 5 years. She is known as a business leader who has expertise in human resources. Donna is currently responsible for creating and overseeing the people strategy development and execution for Navistar Financial Corporation. She focuses on employee engagement and leadership development at all levels. In addition, she has enterprise responsibility for HR Strategy Development and HR Leadership team effectiveness. Donna has been in Human Resources for over 17 years and has worked for companies in various industries like Retail (Sears), Non-Profit (American Hospital Association), Financial Services (Morgan Stanley Dean Witter) and government (City of Chicago). Donna is a busy wife and mother of 3 very energetic boys who are 11 years, 2 years and 9 months. She enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends in her “spare time”.

Jane Dowd is the Chief Learning Officer of NorthShore University HealthSystem (formerly known as Evanston Northwestern Healthcare), an integrated, academic healthcare system comprised of four hospitals, and 75 physician group practices, based in Evanston, Illinois. She has over twenty years of experience in the field of learning and development and a Masters degree in Education from Northwestern University. She has worked for the corporate university of a Fortune 500 corporation, in consulting, and for the last seven years has been leading the Learning & Development function for NorthShore.
Recently Jane received the Chief Learning Officer magazine Bronze Award for Leading Business Change for her role in leading a large-scale training initiative to transition over 8,000 healthcare providers to a new electronic health record. She also recently received a 1st place Corporate University Best In Class (CUBIC) Award for Most Innovative Industry Resource for her shared leadership role in founding a healthcare e-learning collaborative called HospitalU.

John Drake is the Director of the Learning Strategies Department in Naval Service Training Command. Mr. Drake serves as the Command Learning Officer and as the behavioral education expert and advisor for Naval Service Training Command and the Naval Education Training Command claimancy. His work includes educational research by benchmarking new and innovative solutions to ensure sailors receive high quality training, which yields enhanced performance. Prior to his current position, Mr. Drake served as the Strategic Management Officer for Naval Service Training Command Training. In that position, he served as the principal expert on the development and execution of long-range corporate strategy for Navy accessions training.
Prior to joining the Navy, Mr. Drake was an Experienced Manager for Accenture Consulting in the Strategic Services Group. In that role, Mr. Drake collaborated with clients on creating and implementing innovative strategies that enable high performance.
Mr. Drake received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois in 1989, a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University in 1991, and a Master of Management degree (MBA) from Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1997.

Ken Driscoll serves as Director, Talent Management Group at Navistar, Inc., one of the world’s largest truck and engine manufacturers. He was appointed to this position in August 2005.
As director, Ken leads a team of professionals accountable for the strategic and ongoing activities of talent management including: performance management, succession planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, and the Navistar University. The team’s primary objectives are to drive the design and implementation of programs and processes that result in enterprise wide talent acquisition sourcing & recruiting, support the development and growth of Navistar’s employees, and develop effective learning strategies which support the business strategies.
After joining Navistar in 1994, Ken served in a variety of human resource positions with increasing strategic planning and leadership responsibility in the areas of compensation & benefits, field human resources, organizational development and Navistar University.

In addition Don provides consulting services in the area of learning strategy, Learning Management System/Learning Content Management System selection and implementation. He sits on the Board of Directors for GP Malaysia and has participated in the acquisition of several companies for GP. Jane serves as Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, Jane is responsible for developing talent recruitment strategies, and creating awareness of the CARA brand as well as the firm’s PURE service approach to consulting.
Jane Ehrenstrom has been in the learning business for more than 20 years as both client and vendor. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE). Jane also represents CARA to non-profit advocacy organizations like Chicago-based Women Employed.
