After stints delivering, developing and managing training at MCI, Rhythms NetConnections, and Sun Microsystems, Patrick joined Square D / Schneider Electric in 2003 and now has responsibility for training development for its North American Operations.

Listen to John
|
John leads the team responsible for Accenture’s global new joiner orientation, senior executive and consulting workforce core training, as well as corporate compliance, diversity/inclusion, sales effectiveness, quality, and professional development training. John holds a BA in computer science from St Joseph’s College and an MA in learning sciences from Northwestern University. The majority of his 25+ year career with Accenture has been spent working in the learning industry.

Joseph is a member of the Resident Faculty at Depaul University's School for New Learning (SNL). A licensed clinical psychologist, he works with individuals and groups to make adaptive changes that promote success. His areas of focus range from short-term, goal-specific behavioral changes including enhancing performance, building life skills, career transitioning, and increasing interpersonal effectiveness to longer-term, growth-focused change including relationship dynamics, decreasing maladaptive tendencies, and internalizing adaptive, new mental models. As an educator, his courses include topics such as understanding the change process, conducting research, and examining brain functioning. His research interests focus around a simple question, "Why did you do that?" He is a member of the Diversity and Social Justice Committee at SNL providing leadership in the areas of inclusion, training, and development.

Jeff Childs, senior vice president and chief human resources officer, is responsible for hiring great leaders and associates, developing their skills, providing them with the proper tools and removing unnecessary distractions so that they can deliver the ideal customer experience to U.S. Cellular customers.
With more than 28 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing, operations and human resources, Childs joined U.S. Cellular in January 2004 and oversees all human resource related activities including hiring and organizational development within the corporation. Adhering to the overall U.S. Cellular philosophy that strong leadership drives associate satisfaction - which in turn leads to strong customer satisfaction - Childs develops and implements specific initiatives that provide enhanced training and development for all associates.
Prior to joining U.S. Cellular, Childs was a senior partner with Brimstone Consulting Group, LLC where he was responsible for providing leadership, change management and business consulting services to senior-level executives. Previously, Childs served as a key leader in the transformation of the human resources department at Ameritech/SBC.

Specifically, Sara focuses on KnowledgeAdvisors’ Financials Services and Technology clients and partners on global learning analytics solutions leveraging the Metrics that MatterTM (MTM) platform. Sara is a frequent speaker at industry events on the value of leveraging measurement and performance metrics for operation excellence, in relationship management and to increase sales. Prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors, Sara spent 10 years selling enterprise wide learning solutions to Fortune 500 companies and more recently managed a $10 million sales organization for a professional training company. Sara has considerable international sales experience and is fluent in Japanese.

Mark Clare has over 20 years of experience in strategic change, design thinking and technology with leading Fortune 200 companies that include 3M and Allstate. Mr. Clare is author of the book Knowledge Assets and the Cognitive Design Blog. He holds two patents in artificial intelligence and knowledge management. Before starting New Value Streams, Mark Clare held many technical and several executive positions including vice president of Parkview Health. He is an adjunct instructor at Northwestern, where he teaches, with an emphasis on applied cognitive science, in the learning and organizational change and medical informatics programs. Mr. Clare holds an MS in physics, an MA in philosophy, and is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt.

As eLearning Design & Development Manager, Nancy leads the development, implementation, and administration of enterprise-wide online learning resources and training support systems such as M&I Bank’s learning management system. Nancy provides leadership, direction and management of multiple training initiatives across all functional areas of custom eLearning content infrastructure, courseware, content productions, development, delivery and support.
As a seasoned professional, Nancy's experience includes delivering IT, professional development, and leadership workshops as well as creating project management and product management curricula. Throughout her career Nancy has implemented company-wide applications such as performance and talent management systems, learning management systems and elearning programs. She has created, published and delivered content for courses in database management, web development and project management. Nancy’s experience also includes instructional design, technical writing, eLearning and web site development.
With over 15 years delivering successful learning solutions, Nancy ‘s approach to education and development is to provide employees with the tools to make them successful by assessing needs, fostering critical thinking, and facilitating application to today’s work environment.

Dr. Chip Cleary leads the Advisory Services practice for the Knowledge Solutions Business of NIIT. He works with Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, and other organizations to develop strategies to maximize the impact they realize from learning. Cleary's interests are in developing more powerful approaches to enable continuous learning as well as in measuring and managing the impact of learning. Cleary holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University's Institute from the Learning Sciences, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and a B.S.E.E. from Yale University.

Ed Cohen, a strategic leader with more than 25 years' experience in corporate learning and organization development, is Senior Vice President for Satyam School of Leadership, Satyam Computer Services in Hyderabad, India. He is an international speaker on leadership and learning strategies, and a contributing author to 'Next Generation Corporate Universities', published by Pfieffer Publishing, a division John Wiley and Sons, Inc. He has also written numerous articles on strategic learning and leadership.
Ed's background includes eight years with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and management consulting firm.
He was founder and strategic leader of what became one of the world's most widely recognized corporate universities. During Ed Cohen's tenure, Booz Allen received more than 30 "Excellence in Practice" recognitions from American Society for Training & Development.
Ed lives in India with his wife and daughter.
