Dennis is the Director of Inclusion on McDonald’s Corporations’ Global Inclusion and Intercultural Management team. His responsibilities include assisting Home Office and Regional leaders with multi-cultural team management; coaching respective leadership teams for a more inclusive workplace, consulting and coaching the five Employee Business Networks on building more viable and visible networks, and oversight of the US employee Mentoring program.

Dennis began has McDonald’s career in 1982 in Human Resources, and has been a professional in human resources management and motivation for over 30 years. His expertise and emphasis is on the strategic identification and development of diverse people talent. Dennis uses his ‘discover, design, develop and deliver’ key organizational process to define value to a business or organization and has been a featured speaker at seminars and workshops throughout the United States and in several foreign countries. He has developed several programs including the template for the first Economic Impact Report for a Fortune 150 company that demonstrates the value of a business to its community.

Additionally, Dennis is nationally recognized for his expertise in honoring and integrating ethnic differences into the workplace for mutual benefit and has produced the diversity awareness seminar “Value Difference Day.” He is “Life Certified” as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute; and he is a polished facilitator with many different Diversity education programs.

Dennis’ community leadership contributions include work as an Executive Coach to the Board of Trustees of the Ronald McDonald House of Durham, North Carolina; past two-term Chairman of the Board for the Greater Sacramento (CA) Urban League; he served six years on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce; he was a former Board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northern California; and a former Board member and Treasurer of the St. Louis (MO) Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He also served as an advisor to the Boards of People Reaching Out and the Sacramento Asian Sports Foundation; and as a four-year member of the Community Advisory Board of KVIE, TV 6 in Sacramento.

Dennis’ personal mission is: “helping people do things they didn’t think they can do.”

Prior to joining Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM), Yvonne Brodsky worked for CB Investment Services as an Investment Executive where she was responsible for the growth of the investment department of Community Bank and Trust in the Milwaukee market. She also worked as a financial advisor for Ameriprise Financial where she partnered with many Hispanic organizations to create awareness and educate the Hispanic community about financial matters.

Yvonne is very involved as a volunteer in the Milwaukee community. In addition to her role with HPGM, she is an active member, board member or committee member of several organizations including: LULAC Council 326, YMCA Black Achiever's Program, Make A Difference Wisconsin, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, VISIT Milwaukee Multicultural Advisory Committee, Milwaukee Forum, and UW-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education - Career Transitions Center.

Yvonne has her B.S. in International Business and Marketing with minors in Spanish and French from Marquette University, and completed foreign studies in France and Canada. Yvonne is an alumnus of the Spanish Honor Society of Sigma Delta Pi.

Mary Jo is a Vice-President at Health Care Service Corporation, a mutual reserve company doing business as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Mary Jo leads the Learning & Talent functions of the Internal Operations divisions, including the Subscriber Services Division and the Information Technology Group. Formerly, Mary Jo was a Senior Manager of Education Design and Delivery with Allstate Insurance, a Chief Learning Officer for a Midwest healthcare system, and the owner of an independent performance consulting firm.

Mary Jo is a graduate of Governors State University, University Park, IL with a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Human Performance and Training. She is ABD in Adult Education at Northern Illinois University with a concentration in human resources and organizational development. Mary Jo is also a former board member of the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators.
