By leveraging her real world experiences from a 30 year career in corporate -- across large-scale, cross-functional, global, complex environments spanning learning & development, engineering, program management, business operations, quality, and innovation -- she delivers an unparalleled service to Fortune 500 companies.

Corinne has held leadership positions at Motorola, Rockwell International, Northrop Defense Systems, and TRW. With a passion for employee learning and development, in 2002 Corinne joined Motorola University, where she assumed increasing levels of responsibility culminating as Director. She utilized her previous line experience to introduce increase client satisfaction, reduce costs and gain tangible business results. She instituted the first Innovation Learning portfolio at Motorola University. Her learning measurement approach was published in Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Magazine, May 2007 and her innovations articles, “Innovation: Nature and Nurture” and “The Leadership Conundrum” were published in CLO Magazine January 2008 and March 2009, respectively.

Previous to Motorola University, Corinne’s leadership positions have included both line and staff responsibilities. She led several innovative high-tech product development efforts as well as program management and business operations supporting global $multi-million and $billion+ businesses up to 6000+ employees.

Corinne was awarded 2009 Faculty of the Year at Lake Forest Corporate Education. She is a frequently requested speaker and author. She holds a BS, Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago and an MS in Communication from Northwestern University where she focused on organizational problem solving and multi-cultural communication.

Scott’s career has included experiences in operations, distribution, budgeting, human resources, training, and development. He has extensive background in the service industry, including retail, food service, and hospitality. Prior to joining the Disney organization, he was a corporate director of human resource planning and development for a Fortune 50 company.

Cecily Mistarz is Executive Vice President of Strategy, Acquisitions and Initiatives with Harris Private Bank, which provides comprehensive wealth management services to affluent individuals and families. Prior to this role, she was responsible for the development and delivery of Harris Private Bank’s suite of trust, investment and banking products targeted to the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth markets. Additionally, Ms. Mistarz is the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Harris Bank, N.A., which comprises the Harris offices outside the Midwest, as well as Harris SBSB and Harris myCFO (TM).

Ms. Mistarz began her career with BMO Financial Group as an assistant vice president in Corporate Banking and later became a senior credit manager with that group. She then joined the Investment Banking Group, where she was managing director responsible for the bank’s relationships with transportation companies. In 1999, Ms. Mistarz joined BMO’s Office of Strategic Management, where she worked with the bank’s lines of business across North America as they developed and refined their strategies. As part of that responsibility, she helped direct efforts to establish and develop the Private Client Group within the U.S. to serve high-net-worth clients and led the team that developed and executed several key strategic acquisitions in the wealth management business.

She started within the Personal Financial Services business unit as the head of training introducing blended learning solutions and delivery strategies which then evolved to being the lead for training in the Ecommerce initiative within Northern. Christine specializes in global training initiatives that involve leveraging to technology and defining global processes.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Christine was a Senior Manager at Accenture in St. Charles, IL. She received a B.A. degree in Political Science from Drake University. She is a member of American Society of Training and Development, International Society for Performance Improvement and International Council of Adult Experiential Learning.

Michelle Nettles, senior director of diversity, MillerCoors is responsible for developing a comprehensive diversity strategy and framework for the beer company, which was formed in July 2008 as a joint venture between Miller Brewing Company and Molson Coors. Michelle ensures that diversity guidelines are embedded at every level of the business from working with HR to recruit and develop top-level multicultural talent, to ensuring the company is partnering with multicultural vendors that work effectively to find best-in-practice solutions.

Since starting with MillerCoors in November 2009, Michelle leads a diversity and inclusion council to focus on the company’s people, brands and partners, ensuring diversity is integral to all facets of the business.

Before working for the second largest beer company in America, Michelle served as the Executive Director and developed short and long term program strategies for Quest Milwaukee, a K-12 program at Marquette University that provides services and support to private and charter schools in the City of Milwaukee.

Michelle is not new to the beer business, prior to joining Quest, she was employed by Miller Brewing Company and worked in a number of capacities. As the Director, HR Strategic Projects, she worked with various functions within the company to build organizational capacity, recruit top talent, develop and drive systemic processes and deliver business solutions. She also served as Assistant General Counsel and worked in a number of areas within Miller’s legal department: Sales and Distribution, Labor and Employment and Finance. She has lead projects with multi-million dollar implications, including the implementation of Miller’s salaried employee benefits program.
