Barbara is the Director of Clinical Learning and Innovations at Children’s Memorial Hospital since 2007. Children’s Memorial Hospital is Illinois' only freestanding hospital exclusively for children. CMH, a teaching hospital, is ranked number one in almost every major pediatric specialty.
Throughout her 29 year career at CMH, Barbara has had numerous roles within the Nursing Department, including Coordinator for the Nursing Orientation Program. As coordinator, she assisted with the development and implementation of the RN Internship program. This program is a specialized orientation program for new graduate nurses, which transitions the new graduate from student nurse to R.N. in an environment that promotes learning and professional growth.
Barbara was an instructor in the nursing program at William Rainey Harper College and at the University of Illinois College of Nursing. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from DePaul University and a Master’s degree in science from Northwestern University. Barbara has numerous publications and has presented at several conferences. She was the recipient of the Exemplar Nurse Researcher Award at Children’s Memorial Hospital and has been awarded several research grants.

Tim founded StoryQuest to provide the service all of us want, but rarely get - to hear the stories, strategies and tactics of our peers. StoryQuest leverages the voices, stories and passion of organizations, in mobile learning and sales enablement solutions.
Prior to founding StoryQuest ,Tim was a sales manager for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Interim Technology and CARA Corporation. StoryQuest clients included: RSA Security, Keane, Lucent, CommScope, TPSA, CA and more. Tim has traveled the world to gather best practices and technologies that help to capture the stories and voices and leverage them into practical tools real people can (and do) use.

He has over 15 years experience applying instructional systems design, adult learning principles, and cutting-edge instructional technology to both technical and soft-skills training needs.

Gretchen Koch is the Sr. Director of Workforce Development Programs at CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association, where she is responsible for representing The Association and its members’ Information Technology (IT) workforce development initiatives to several Federal Government agencies. She is also the national IT Career Cluster Leader for the States’ Career Cluster Initiative.
Before joining CompTIA, Ms. Koch had over twenty years experience in Information Technology management at Digital Equipment, Compaq, and Hewlett-Packard corporations. Her most recent position in the IT Industry, prior to joining CompTIA, was National Education Manager, Global Services Division, Hewlett-Packard Corporation.

Rebekah’s is a specialist in organizational workforce solutions and designing talent development programs.
Her current area of focus is in helping organizations develop workforce and talent strategies that align with and enable their business strategies.
Prior to her current role at Right Management, Rebekah led a global, cross-company team in the design, development, implementation, management and evaluation of Manpower's global, enterprise-level sales training program.
She has also managed Manpower’s Global Client Services and Solutions group responsible for working with clients to enhance their complementary and permanent workforce management strategies. In this role, she was responsible for leading several initiatives to improve Global Sales’ business development and retention strategies.

Tom is an industry leader with more than 25 years leadership experience in Learning BPO and IT. His expertise includes knowledge management and learning technologies, IT service delivery and workforce management, learning and employee development, business process outsourcing, organizational systems and process, mergers and acquisitions, and product management. The power of Tom's leadership lies in his proven ability to link enterprise outsourcing engagements with market and business strategies and to drive vision to reality.
Tom joined Accenture in 2001 to help the early stage development of Accenture Learning, a learning BPO business before moving to their human capital consulting practice in 2003 to help build and grow the talent management practice in the Financial Services Operating Group. Tom's last major assignment was to help design and operationalize Accenture's global learning and collaboration consulting practice. Tom recently retired from Accenture in December of 2009.
