Is Curation of L&D Content a Fad or a Strategic, Integrated Talent Development Capability?

For this discussion, let’s plan to How to use curated blended content for creating more impactful learning solutions by looking at workplace learning both for:
  • Professional Development – 70/20/10 learning appropriate for preparing for future job roles
  • Performance Development – tends to require “Do It Now” informal learning solutions commonly powered by Google or YouTube.
As L&D has 3 options for creating a new learning solution: BUILD, BORROW or BUY, lets plan to explore opportunities to augment company-specific content with BORROWED curated content:
  1. How to curate high-quality content fast to test and learn disruptive HR possibilities using platforms such as edX & Coursera
  2. How to augment our content with HRDQ or Corporate Training Material (CTM) for creating ILT learning solutions.
Please plan to log in a few minutes early to make sure you have the Adobe Connect software loaded on your computer and your headset/mic is working properly

  • NOTE: if this is your first ELE Adobe Connect experience, we recommend you can schedule a 15-min video huddle with Dirk Tussing a week before the virtual learning circle meets to test your audio equipment.
