Chicagoland Learning & Talent Development Exchange's
Chicagoland Next Practices Collaborative Meet-up
open from 5:30 - 7 p.m. with complimentary Hors d'oeuvres, wine & champagne

To share and learn with your peer-group, this two-dimensional collaborative networking experience will feature one of our thought leaders to discuss creative next practices for solving a talent development issue on a timely topic PLUS viewing of artwork created by a local Chicago artist.

Effective learning leaders learn to employ their personal networks for strategic purposes. We encourage you to invite friends, family & learning/talent development leaders in your network to join us.

Frustrated recruiting and retaining employees? 96% of CEO’s said they want to see the business impact from learning and development investments, but only 8% do. Tim Dorn with the Human Capital Lab, a Division of Bellevue University (non-profit), helps organizations (e.g., Verizon, Home Depot, Chrysler, ConAgra & others) struggling to measure training impact.

We hope to see you there! Click here to register online now for this opportunity.

The Featured Artist--Eleanor Spiess-Ferris
From her Spanish New Mexican ancestry, Ms. Spiess-Ferris gleans a sense of the surreal and inherited an intrinsic aptitude for the use of symbolism. This primitive insight, combined with the Western influence of artists such as 19th century symbolist Gustave Moreau, informs her artistic vision.

Meet Tim Dorn (Human Capital Lab) & Eleanor Spiess-Ferris (local artist) in the 12th Floor Gallery from 5:30-7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2017
