The Kohler Experiential Learning Center promotes team and leadership development through the Experiential Learning Model. Experiential Learning is a process in which the learner has an experience that is intellectually, emotionally, and physically engaging. After each experience individuals participate in reflecting on and transferring their experience and learning to other applications.
In this session participants will work through a series of outdoor challenges and team initiatives that will provide a deeper understanding of the earlier content of the day while also creating an opportunity to know first-hand the power of the experiential learning model.
