The Chicagoland CLO/CTO Group (CCG) quarterly sessions are a year-long learning process through face-to-face collaboration and networking with other local heads of Learning & Talent Development. Each senior leader is encouraged to bring a peer from their organization that contributes to, engages, or supports the Learning & Talent spectrum for their workplace.
During 2015, to increase the collaborative experience for our CLO/CTO Group members, we will integrate our CROWDSOURCING – 5-8 Human Capital Business Problems using an online platform with our quarterly and semi-annual in-person events.
